Newly renovated two-storey townhouse
The 72 m² townhouse is in Torreblanca, a quiet residential area in the north of Torrevieja close to La Mata. The ground floor has a living room with dining area, an open kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, with access to a large terrace with room for sun loungers and dinner outdoors. Every room has air conditioning.
In front of the house there is a private patio. The complex has a large shared pool, a children's pool and a tennis court. A supermarket and a pharmacy are 100 to 200 metres away, and Playa de La Mata is 800 metres away, about a ten-minute walk.

La Mata and Torrevieja
Playa de La Mata is one of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca, with several kilometres of sand and the salt lake nature park right next to it. The promenade is lined with restaurants and cafés.
A supermarket, pharmacy, banks and restaurants are 100 to 200 metres from the house, and buses run to central Torrevieja. Alicante airport is about 40 kilometres away.

Can I book directly on the website?
No. We do not take bookings through the website. The calendar shows which dates are available; if you find a period that suits you, send an enquiry and we will confirm the booking directly with you.
How many people can stay?
The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is best for up to four people. If you are more, get in touch and we will see what we can do.
Are cleaning, bed linen and towels included?
Final cleaning, bed linen and towels can be included or added. We go through the details in the quote for your dates.
How far is the beach?
Playa de La Mata is 800 metres away, about a ten-minute walk. A supermarket and a pharmacy are 100 to 200 metres from the house.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, every room has air conditioning. It cools in summer and heats in winter.
Is there parking?
The house has no private parking space, but you can park on the street in the area.
Can I rent for the whole winter?
Yes. Wintering guests are very welcome and get a lower monthly rate. For monthly rentals you pay for electricity according to use. Let us know which period you would like.
How do I pay?
Payment and deposit are agreed directly with us, usually by bank transfer. The terms are stated in your booking confirmation.
