Winter weather
From December to February La Mata averages 16 to 17 °C during the day and 8 to 9 °C at night. In March it rises to 19 °C. There are three to six rainy days a month. The sea is 15 to 16 °C.
A house for a whole winter
Casa Borkeby is a fully renovated 72 m² townhouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every room has air conditioning, which also heats in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is WiFi, and the master bedroom opens onto a balcony. In front of the house there is a private terrace, and the complex has a large shared pool.
Monthly price for wintering
We are happy to rent for a whole winter, October to May, and longer stays get a lower monthly price. With monthly rental you pay for electricity according to use. You get the prices for your period in our quote.
Everyday life in La Mata
Supermarket, pharmacy, banks and restaurants are 100 to 200 metres from the house. Playa de La Mata and the promenade are 800 metres away. Buses run to central Torrevieja, and Alicante airport is about 40 kilometres away.
